What defines an intellegent being? Could another animal be considered a person? What right do humans have to place themselves above other animals?

I do not know about you but I am a person. That is it Me is the answer! Um as long as animals are cute we keep them around ugly ones such as cows have little to no rights as far as i can see thats how we tell which to eat!
